Are witnesses being intimidated?
As Pfizer releases under court order its list of adverse events post-vaccination, the Surgeon General makes a demand that may have a chilling effect on free speech and courtroom testimony.
Data from the US government’s Dept of Health and Human Services database, https://VAERS.gov, shows that the COVID vaccines are correlated with a greater number of deaths and injuries in just one year than the sum total of all other vaccines given over the last 30 years. The odds of this happening by chance, that is if all vaccines were of equal risk, are quite small. A summary of VAERS.gov data is here:
US Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, who wears a military style outfit in his public appearances, recently asked Big Tech to turn over data and sources regarding COVID-19 misinformation. This seems to imply that he would like to collect information on people who criticize, among other things, the COVID vaccines that were so aggressively pushed by the Biden Administration. Perhaps we are supposed to infer from this that people should not criticize Biden’s disastrous COVID-19 policies and methods. Murthy’s statement comes at a time when insurers, employers and families are being hit with the impacts of the COVID vaccines, and related litigation is beginning. Attorneys, physicians, scientists and others across the world have called the COVID vaccine mandates the biggest crime against humanity since the Holocaust, and this international push for mandatory uptake of a proven highly toxic product is certainly the most geographically widespread in world history.
Surgeon General Murthy, however, thinks that now is the time to make his demand for names and sources of “misinformation.” What does Murthy consider to be misinformation? Who knows? The Biden Administration has certainly heaped a lot of false statements about the vaccines on us, such as assuring that people who get COVID-19 vaccines are completely protected from infection, sickness and death. That was before it became undeniable that that statement was completely false. Despite this obvious misinformation from Biden, it is not at all clear from Surgeon General Murthy’s previous statements that he stayed awake in medical school immunology, microbiology and cardiology courses long enough to understand why Biden’s statements might be the actual misinformation. Thus, it is possible that Murthy’s demand has, or may even be intended to have, a chilling effect on future witness testimony regarding COVID human rights abuses, civil liberties abuses and injuries, and / or Biden Administration involvement in the same.
I am not an attorney, but I think witness intimidation is considered to be a form of obstruction of justice and is a federal crime under 18 US Code §1512, specifically paragraphs (b) and (d). Here is that law:
So I think that government officials would and should avoid any stance that could be interpreted as intimidation of future witnesses.
I have been an expert witness in court cases regarding vaccine injury and questions of vaccine safety and effectiveness. The side I testified on has won each of their cases so far in the completed cases. I have submitted sworn testimony to courts regarding vaccine safety and efficacy topics, based on and with reference to peer-reviewed medical studies. I have written several papers, including two peer-reviewed articles, here and here regarding observed hazards related to the COVID vaccines. I have also submitted the following information to a current court case that I am working on as expert witness, with clinical data regarding negative efficacy and other hazards of the COVID vaccines. This article summarizes some of that testimony.
The surgeon general has not intimidated me. Let’s hope he has not intimidated any other witnesses either.
