Yes, I have to admit that large exception, as Nigeria is in the top ten most populous countries, the largest in Africa, but still with a smaller percentage vaccinated than through the northern hemisphere and elsewhere.

Nigeria is also one of the few countries to already experiment with a digital currency, so IMO their agenda is questionable.
