Wow! Great Stuff Dr Huber. I've said most of my life (and have said even more over the last 2 + years) that as long as I am of sound mind, no one... no government, individual, organization or even family member has a right to tell me that I have to be treated for something if I don't want to be. Period. (That goes for injections, procedures, surgeries, supplements, medicines, etc) Even if that means I may die without the so-called treatment. That is my choice. The only thing we actually own from the day we are born until the day we die is our body. No one has the right to violate that. Period.
I think it's interesting to note that, for example, there are HIPAA laws already in place that forbid the sharing of my medical information with ANYONE, which doesn't just apply to medical staff as the corrupted government wants us to believe. Yet, my employer sent reminders via email that I had yet to confirm my "vaccination" status with HR, which is something I never did and always ignored the emails.
I never lost my job because the Lord directed me through some narrow yet accessible loopholes even my overreaching employer couldn't navigate. Thanks be to Him! But, how many people who didn't understand their legal rights and legal protections accepted yet another shift in the Overton Window and caved to getting the bio-weapon and masking, etc. for their employer?
These unfortunate people, in their ignorance, handed over their body autonomy and freedoms to entities that had NO BUSINESS AT ALL in their medical decisions. It's absolutely terrible, but it shows very clearly the deception game the leftists play to force their will upon people. They are evil.
WE have the moral high ground on many things if we even casually ackowledge God only through the miracle of His created universe and understand the value of life. While such a worldview does not save one from Hell because it doesn't recognize the Lordship of a Holy Savior, it informs even the unregenerated sinner of the most basic truths: mankind is created in God's image and therefore has an innate value that is not to be trifled with through bio-weapons or hacking humans as the willful miscreant Harari likes to claim. Be vigilant, make peace with God through Christ's atoning sacrfice, and pray for humanity. Their plans for us humans are abhorrent and disgusting.
The PDF's title is "Legal Right to Refuse Medical Treatment." Of course there is such a right, every reasonably intelligent individual would understand that. But the problem is that nearly all "medical" batteries and other atrocities are being done by malicious, evil charlatans deceptively, under the guise of a proper treatment, etc. So, how can one refuse something she was intentionally lied about by the greedy quack? The crux of the issue is not in the ability to refuse but in being chronically deceived and battered under the guise of an "informed consent."

Sadly, corrupt courts only "apply" precedents and laws in a selective and discriminatory manner. That means that those laws do not work. No matter how strong and sound is the precedent, when it is "convenient" for their corrupt agenda, the courts turn into deaf and blind imbeciles, unable to understand the law and facts. Just like with the constitution, we only have those rights in theory and have no rights in practice.
Colleen, Just. Plain. Wow. Terrific work!!!! I was completely blown away by this article. It was very interesting to read all the cases already decided. I only hope this comprehensive collection is utilized by those individuals who were forced to get a jab - or lose their job. This is not over.

But judicial precedents are always subject to revision, and sometimes are reversed, as apparently the court is on the brink of reversing Rowe, unless they have a tantrum due to the propaganda op leak. The clearest evidence of the randomness of our rulers is scotus decisions are almost always split decisions. When 4 highly educated experts in the law evaluate the same facts and laws as 5 other highly educated experts in the law, and arrive at the opposite conclusion, the law, and our servitude to the law, are a sham. But it's the best sham we're likely to get.
Thank you for this compilation. I decided to just google bodily autonomy in my state (since I am seeking remedy from my former employer under state law). I would encourage people to look at the healthcare directive statutes of their state. In my state, it says:
The General Assembly recognizes as a matter of public policy that an individual’s rights include the right to a peaceful and natural death and that a patient or the patient’s representative has the fundamental right to control the decisions relating to the rendering of the patient’s own medical care, including the decision to have life-prolonging measures withheld or withdrawn in instances of a terminal condition.
I objected to vaccination on religious grounds, because I firmly believe that God gave me clear guidance that these vaccines were not for me. I did deep research in order to weigh the risks and benefits specific to me, and I found myself unable to provide informed consent. My state also has an informed consent statute and of course a statute preventing discrimination on religious grounds. I have never wavered in my resolve to follow God's direction, and the more I research, the more I understand the direction He provided.
One thing that is troubling is that this issue again and again and again finds its way to the courts. Why? It has been established repeatedly. Why can doctors and hospitals and governments get it through their collect think skull that the patient has the final word? How many others have been deprived this most fundamental of human rights but could not afford to take it court?
