I'd like to point out that having this very important information in a simple, usable form without the political parts makes it very easy to forward to those would refuse to read the article as soon as they saw any political anti-narrative statements.

I can forward this with a note that "this doctor's extensive research shows how to help us deal with viruses without excessive fear. Very useful. "

After all, getting those that don't see it yet to read anything nonstandard is a challenge....

Colleen, the following, from your article sums it up best, “The sad truth is that the coronavirus microbe SARS-CoV-2 did not itself inflict that on us.

Government / corporate cartels tried relentlessly to incite panic, which made a massive portion of humanity submit to those self-destructive acts. “. Too many of the angry colleagues and Karens that condemned me for my critical thinking and questioning attitude and refusal to wear masks or get jabs did so because they thought the “virus “ was responsible for these measures. They never blamed corporate or government. Instead, they claimed corporate and government must make more mandates and enforce harder because of the “virus “. But as you say it was their fear. And they never questioned whether what they were being shown by the media was accurate. A huge driver of the fear was the day to day social media coverage of individuals in hospitals wasting away or on ventilators. Some popular personalities were held up as examples that Covid could kill anyone regardless of age or health conditions. Headlines would say things like “ Conservative Christian who denied Covid dangers and also voted for Trump, Dies of Covid “. And then story would quote the Christian as saying they wished they would have gotten the g@dd@mn shot”. When I pointed out that such headlines and stories were beyond ridiculous, they would google it and say it is true because it is in the Daily Mail .

Thanks for another great post Dr Huber. I hadn't heard of the Povidone-Iodine and plan to add that to my apothecary. I will never forget all that you have done over the last couple years to try and bring sanity and clarity to what seems to be the biggest fear laden debacle in human history.

Thank you, Dr. Huber. I’ll be sharing this with others. I use Lugol’s iodine; I guess I need to research the difference between Lugol’s and povidone.

Poorly written and lacking any worthwhile information.

Processed table salt is a toxin and a very poor source for iodine.

Did some research. I see that each of these two forms of iodine have their place, and require different proper usage. Good to know!

I love those inspirational quotations, Dr. Huber. They are just as important as the physiological advice.

A question about the vitamins. At home, we are careful to distinguish between water-soluble vitamins (B, C) and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K). We are concerned about taking doses of the latter above the RDA for more than a short period of time (such as when ill). This is a special concern for my wife, who has polycystic liver disease, has just had one operation, and may need more in the future. Are you confident we can tolerate those higher doses of vitamin D that you propose as an ongoing prophylactic?

My wife is Chinese, and we make use of several herbal treatments from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). One of our favorites is banlangen. For both of us, it has cleared out many incipient respiratory viruses in a matter of hours. We love it!

Good question, especially given the fear-mongering in conventional medicine regarding the fat soluble nutrients. We have been taking high doses of these vitamins for about a decade and a half, and high dose of vitamin A also, without ill effect, and I think they've been enormously helpful for the cancer patients whom I work with, but certainly there can be individual variations in people's tolerance of various nutrients.

In the margin: There may be unexpected issues with previously lesser known food supplements, like the currently very much favored NAC. So it happened a friend of mine had an allergic reaction on its first use (she is in her mid-sixties, with mild vitiligo, diabetes, and thyroid issues). Symptoms subsided within 24 hours. A quick search of medical literature then confirmed this may occur, especially in women.

Colleen, thanks for your excellent work. I always appreciate your focus on practical and personal solutions.

You should be aware that Mathew Crawford has invited you to a roundtable discussion about the Died Suddenly documentary and some of the issues surrounding it. I hope you can participate. Mathew strikes me as a pretty reasonable guy.

Mathew Crawford ought to have let you know first, methinks. He put himself in some thick soup by indiscriminately attacking Stew Peters for Died Suddenly (and for being Stew Peters), and was made aware of your review in the comments to his screed.

I agree, and am also wary of "only paid subscribers can reply," so I couldn't, except by e-mail to him. I responded as follows to the e-mail address he listed:

Hello, Mathew.

One of my Substack followers let me know today that you would like to have a debate, so I read your linked article, and I see that you scheduled that on Tues 12/13 at 1:00. Tuesdays are one of my busiest workdays, and my schedule is already full with patient appointments that day. As a practicing physician, I necessarily prioritize my patients' already booked appointments, and flights to get here, over other events. Most of them have cancer of various stages, and it would be unreasonable to do otherwise.

I am interested in reading specific data alleged by Died Suddenly that you know to be incorrect and for which you can cite sources supporting your allegations that specifically refute assertions made in the film.

I wish you a cordial but robust and informative debate, and I hope all involved will be able to credibly back up their assertions, particularly if accusing others of making false or misleading claims.

Thank you for the invitation.

The fearporn Viruganda...

The first thing they conveyed was to be as scared as you can be. The false flag is always fear.

Rush has a fear trilogy, the only one theme they spread over several albums.

And the thing that we fear, says Neil Peart, r I p, is a weapon to be used against us.

Did he inject his death?

Canada tried to kill the whole world.

Thank you

I've been exposed to non household family members twice, one only yesterday for Christmas eve dinner, only to be told that someone in the gathering was Covid+ and symptomatic with Omicron. On both occasions we have returned home and inhaled nebulised Hydrogen Peroxide, diluted to just cause a little tingling to the tissues. Both times we have dodged the bullet. I'm just about to take some vitamin D3, C, Querecetin and Zinc and do a further inhalation regime. NAC and Ivermectin waiting if we need them.

My triple jabbed daughter told us that this has been the sickest year of her life and she has picked up everything going around, including Covid. Her triple jabbed husband has just tested +, his second bout this year and my jabbed 11 year old grandson has just tested +, his second bout this year.

What kind of insanity IS this? You claim to know that the jabs are harmful ergo want them to end Right Now? So you post anecdotal facts on social media, right? Then... Than what?

What happens next? Do the Evil Mandates groan and dissolve like animated bugs in a Raid commercial? Do the jabs stop BEING harmful? Or are you all just waiting for 'someone' to 'do something?' Because so far as I can see, the only thing that informing others begets is others informing others, but not doing anything to get the actual mandates stopped.

Waiting for "someone" to act responsibly = waiting for "someone ELSE" to do so, is passing the buck. YOU WANT something done?

What is Your Plan to DO it? Or who tf are we waiting FOR? Kim Jong-un? Or Gandalf's magic flying trout from the oceans of Middle Venus? Is MLK coming back to be shot again just so you can feel as if Some Hero is on your side?

WHO does anyone think is going to phase into existence, don cape & cowl & come rescue you because "enough people" read social media posts? How does this CAUSE the harms to end?

Anyone?
