Legal Notice to the WHO: No thanks.
The WHO is taking public comments on its international pandemic agreement till just under 13 hours from now.
The World Health Organization (WHO) has put forth an international agreement for pandemic action that would give the WHO the authority to dictate health protocols to sovereign people and sovereign nations. This includes the proposal of the possibility of actions, under label of “pandemic” or “emergency,” that could be tantamount to outright tyranny.
Now as you read this, in Shanghai, people have been locked inside their homes from the outside by their government, and left to starve inside, unable to leave even for food or water, under pretext of a viral pandemic. Under such an agreement as the WHO proposes, if human rights were trampled, then it would leave the rest of the world also bereft of legal protections and at risk of the same or similar human rights abuses as currently suffered by people in Shanghai.
The Biden administration has, contrary to its oath to uphold the US Constitution, urged subordination to the WHO agreement.
As a non-attorney, I can and did write a Legal Notice to the WHO, (using some of the language used by the World Council for Health in their suggested version). In the US we can do this, as well as elsewhere. (And of course you can write and publish a Legal Notice anywhere that you are strong enough to insist on your right to free speech. You don’t need anyone’s permission to speak or to write.)
Why did I write a Legal Notice? (And yes, that’s in capital letters because that is what it is formally) I wrote it because the US Constitution may not, must not and will not be usurped or subordinated in pre-eminence regarding all matters transpiring in the US. How do I know that the WHO agreement cannot be enforceable in the US? Because of Marbury vs Madison 5 US 137: “A Law repugnant to the Constitution is void.” (You may want to keep the following dot-gov screenshot handy, in case it’s needed again someday.)
My comment to the WHO is different from that of the WCH, in that I intend for it to have the effect of establishing proof of notice that tyrannical acts that violate the Nuremberg Code, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the US Constitution and other national constitutions are null and void and unenforceable. I just posted it on the WHO’s website before the deadline, and I urge you to post your thoughts there as well at this link. https://inb.who.int/home/written-submissions
If you agree with what I have written below, please go ahead and copy and paste to the WHO at this address. At 147 words, the following is within the 250-word limit accepted by WHO’s website.
All international treaties are subordinate to and subject to the following inviolable laws:
1. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Nuremberg Code and the Constitutions of all nations;
2. National, state, provincial and local leadership retain full autonomy, reserving the right to opt out of any and all portions of the agreement as they see fit, without consequence;
3. An open and transparent process with the ability for all people of the world to vote on including failsafe measures that will prevent the application of the global agreement in places where a majority of the people do not want it, or where any people could be harmed by it;
4. Respect for individual sovereignty and bodily autonomy as inviolable human rights at all times, in all countries and under all circumstances.
This Legal Notice has been delivered to the World Health Organization on April 12, 2022.
Elected officials in the US who try to undermine the constitution which they took an oath to protect are traitors, aren’t they?
Thank you for your stellar contributions to this effort, Colleen!
Not sure if you’ve seen it yet, but I published my Letter to the WHO here:
Anyone can feel free to share, link, copy, adapt, or include in their own public comments as desired. I include instructions on how to submit comments at the end of the post.
