Exactly. Laura Ingraham was just interviewing state Attorney Generals, FL and OH. They were really blasting the Biden Admin over this, how there is no statutory authority whatsoever for this, and this power grab is really unconstitutional. It sounds like there will be some lawsuits heading Biden's way tomorrow morning.
I'm surprised w history of independence, bill of rights, representative system, most just following along... glad few states resisting... whole thing set up just like lab experiment, like rats in maze that at some point refuse to take exit ramps🙄
I just changed my business to a PMA to protect myself and my work from unlawful mandates, closures, etc. More need to do this and move out of the public sector and into a Private Membership Association.
Well, this just gets better and better. So basically, if you're not vaccinated, you don't work. OSHA's rules apply even to S-corps like my husbands where he is the only "employee." So you basically have to go to schedule C, and I wonder how long that will work.

The prosecutors work for Joe, so prosecutions are unlikely until we're liberated from bidenstan. Prosecutions are likely, but not for a few years. Until then we'll need to be satisfied with civil litigation.

The draft rule is at White House. For review. IRS can just take money out of accounts and force bankruptcy. State laws won’t protect against the IRS.
