This case shows a lot of people who do not have experience with bullets making statements about how such and such bullet would; exit, not do that, etc. Bullets are of many different grain weights for practically every caliber out there, and of many different materials/compositions. For example; Solid Core, Hollow point, Soft point, flat point. If you visit the Sierra bullets website you'll see the bullets for 30 caliber vary in grain weight from 110 grains to 230 grains - not to mention bullet type. A bullet can be loaded so that it does nothing more than exit the barrel. I'm not saying this bullet in this case was loaded in any specific way... So to say a 30.06 bullet would or wouldn't do a particular thing or behave a certain way is inaccurate. Sabot rounds still exist. Again, I'm not saying this was a sabot round, just that the possibility exists. High velocity light weight bullets do strange things. A sabot round would not show rifling.

The sound on all video I have seen/ heard is that of some rifle more akin to a 22 caliber rifle. Nearly the smallest rifle in use. A 30-06 is a canon and SOUNDS like one. It is my belief that if this was shot from the roof the entire crowd would have dropped to the ground for fear of their lives. Go to any range and LISTEN to big rifles like that and then a 22.
No way was a 30-06 being fired at Charlie Kirk based on audio and crowd reactions.

For instance Lance Twiggs appearance at trial. Male hormones and behavior are not predictable in teens and early 20's. For instance look at this picture of Lance Twiggs and compare his appearance to his appearance at the trial. There is quite a difference although they are the same person. I suspect he is in a period of life where his hormones and behavior are experiencing rapid change regardless of whatever he turns out to be long term. He is obviously groomed for his court appearance differently than he would appear in everyday life.

I don't want to cover all the points in your table because this is a comment and not a lengthy discourse, but at quick glance I am suggesting they are msotly disputable including the timeline for the discord messages and Robinson's chain of custody after he was picked up. Also want to emphasize that the purpose of the pre-trial hearing is to determine if there is sufficient evidence to go to trial while at the same time an effort is made to limit disclosure so as not to predjudice the prospective jury pool. I agree that the behavior of the sleeve guy deserves more scrutiny (if it hasn't already been done) also want to add the observation based on my own experience that people behave differently in circumstances of high stress (smiling) and some people don't react at all or their heartbeats might actually slow down in times of high stress or they might be just be psychopaths or haters and enjoy killing. That doesn't necessarily indicate they are participating in a crime.
As far as involvement by a foreign country, that possibility can't be excluded and the motive to kill Kirk is entirely obvious based on his changing attitudes prior to the event. The efforts to portray Robinson as innocent are believable only to conspiracy theorists incapable of critical thinking but very good at constructing nonsense stories, or by imbeciles and morons.

The sound on all video I have seen/ heard is that of some rifle more akin to a 22 caliber rifle. Nearly the smallest rifle in use. A 30-06 is a canon and SOUNDS like one. It is my belief that if this was shot from the roof the entire crowd would have dropped to the ground for fear of their lives. Go to any range and LISTEN to big rifles like that and then a 22.
No way was a 30-06 being fired at Charlie Kirk based on audio and crowd reactions.

For instance Lance Twiggs appearance at trial. Male hormones and behavior are not predictable in teens and early 20's. For instance look at this picture of Lance Twiggs and compare his appearance to his appearance at the trial. There is quite a difference although they are the same person. I suspect he is in a period of life where his hormones and behavior are experiencing rapid change regardless of whatever he turns out to be long term. He is obviously groomed for his court appearance differently than he would appear in everyday life.

I don't want to cover all the points in your table because this is a comment and not a lengthy discourse, but at quick glance I am suggesting they are msotly disputable including the timeline for the discord messages and Robinson's chain of custody after he was picked up. Also want to emphasize that the purpose of the pre-trial hearing is to determine if there is sufficient evidence to go to trial while at the same time an effort is made to limit disclosure so as not to predjudice the prospective jury pool. I agree that the behavior of the sleeve guy deserves more scrutiny (if it hasn't already been done) also want to add the observation based on my own experience that people behave differently in circumstances of high stress (smiling) and some people don't react at all or their heartbeats might actually slow down in times of high stress or they might be just be psychopaths or haters and enjoy killing.
