Memo to Board: “My clinic cannot be where the Board comes to slaughter the Constitution. It would be better that my clinic not exist anymore than to be the venue of the death of the Constitution.”
I wish they could be held to the same level of scrutiny as they are holding you. I wish you could demand to see their notes and their inner workings. I wish more medical practitioners were grouped together to do this in force, preemptively, proactively. The governing boards have made their intentions clear; so should the medical community. Perhaps in ways this is occuring but not fast enough for this lay person.
We are seeing the destruction of conscience. Your fight for conscience and other basic values, not to mention medical advances, is essential and I will visualize a good outcome for you.
If myself or family were to get cancer, your clinic would be my first call.
Agreed! There's more here than simply the nagging nuisance that it appears on the surface. Once we are forced to utter mandated speech, it's all totally over.
Hmm. Seems to me you’ve helped your patients. Maybe if you didn’t you’d deserve this asinine excuse for a hearing. They think they have all the power but one day they’ll find that they assumed too much and they actually don’t.
Actually, I was quite at ease yesterday, with nothing to hide, answering all questions. Time is on the side of honest people, but passage of time is increasingly difficult for dishonest and unethical people.
I'm on the other side of the country, in Maryland. I've noticed the way the University of Maryland system, checking me in each visit, now goes by rote over every single drug allergy, every single physical condition ever reported, scrolling through pages on the computer. It takes about ten minutes but none of the stuff is ever going to change: allergies to penicillin, guaifenesin etc etc. Maybe the Board hounds all doctors now endlessly. Hadn't thought too much about it till I saw your article.
Thank you for mentioning that. All it takes is for some power-tripper to allege that patients would be better served if providers stood on their heads during consult, and a power-tripping Board to say, 'Yes, let's make them do that too!' and you could then set your watch by how fast fearful docs would scramble to stand on their heads. (Perhaps I exaggerate there.)
Actually, I don't think you exaggerate at all. They totally dominate health care workers who cannot afford legal representation like they are some kind of emperors.
they will not be happy till you submit to their (position of) Superiority.
Here is a relevant quote.
"Just as Obama justifies the government’s confiscation of wealth for confiscation’s sake, the CDC justifies the imposition of mask mandates for imposition’s sake. It is the sartorial manifestation of the government’s demand that an individual submit to its power and authority."
The last time the intake nurse started to, once again, go through all of that same stuff (what a waste of time), before the doctor arrived, I told her I wasn’t going over all of that again. Nope. Not doing it.

So true. They attempt to pick us off one by one, attempts to isolate.
Praying for you🙏
Thank you!

May we all stay well, and uppity in the face of tyranny.
Prayers for strength, stamina and for the truth to be revealed.
Thank you for standing up to this absurd injustice Dr. H.
I saw New Hampshire passed some amazing laws giving patients their privacy and physicians the right to prescribe. We may need to follow their lead.
You need to fight this

Bravo Dr.! All the best and then some to you!🙏🕊️
You are the future of humans. If you stop fighting we might as well just give up! Thank you!
Grateful for you. 🙏
Keep the faith! There is nothing they would want more than to see you give up. I pray they don’t get that satisfaction. Rooting for you!
You should feel very comfortable in these hearings because right is might! Never forget that.

I agree, their actions will eventually catch up to the.
Your calm and poise are an inspiration, Colleen. Stay strong!
Well said!
Don't ever give up or give in.
Staying strong for the side of right is bravery. Thank you.

Keep fighting, gal, so very proud of you!
