Thank you Dr. Huber, this was the most comprehensive analysis and explanation as to the mechanism of, and importance of Vit. D supplementation. I made sure my Mom (in a long term care home) is receiving high doses of Vit. D daily. There have been two outbreaks in her facility yet amazingly she has never tested positive, and remains healthy. I am even more convinced now that the Vit. D is helping. And also more inclined to not forget to take my daily dose! (Especially important here in Canada!) So appreciate your articles!

Fantastic, you are a credit to your profession, and we can't say that about a lot of your colleagues, however we know few had the power or guts to do what the True Leaders like yourself accomplish. You set an important example for them, and perhaps more will come clean.

I myself am a retired community pharmacist of 38 years experience. I could not practice today with the requirements to administer "death shots."

I am always low too even though I spend plenty of time in sun with bare, no sunscreen or lotion, on my skin. I read that there was something in the smallpox vaccine that disabled skin's ability to make the hormone from the sun. Of course it is erased from the internet. And the geo-engineering going on to block the sun does not help either. I currently take 10,000 iu but the vitamin company said to taper off the higher dose since d3 is a steroid hormone and you can't stop it suddenly
