They are doing all KINDS of things they don’t have the authority to do, and no one stops them. I think we still have to worry, unfortunately.

Sure, the CDC's eviction moratorium, the OSHA vaccine mandate, etc. These things eventually get straightened out in court.

We need more organizations capable of fighting these issues, which is why I started The Gavel Project.

Nice ultimatum letter. Did it work?

Yes. And last paragraph.... it probably doesn't go far for some counties in California, Oregon, Chicago

They don't need the illegal and unratified WHO treaty to do anything, but it won't go far, else Xiden would have already done it.

The Justices did not rule on the updated facts of the vaccine’s inability to stop transmission. This is an agency regulation that will be in place in perpetuity unless it is revisited.

I dissent.

Any law is meaningless if it is not respected and won't be enforced.

Henry Kissinger: if something is illegal, we do it at once. If it is unconstitutional, it will take longer.

The events since Feb 2020 s/be ample proofs of his quote.

A recking is coming. The judicial branch is a slow check. I urge everyone to have patience and remain optimistic. At the very least, such an attitude is necessary for our children.

Since we are on a legal tangent here can someone comment on what my ND told me today: he stated Roe v Wade was at its heart an upholding of bodily autonomy, not a pro choice per se. or pro abortion. And that getting rid of it is a direct way to get rid of the obstacles to mandatory vaccines. I believe myself intelligent and was extremely suspicious of the timing of the Roe v Wade ruling AND its “leak” (that was obviously deliberate but I wasn’t certain of the motive), but I had never ever thought of that angle. I’m happy for anyone on either side of the abortion debate to respond. I am on the pro life side myself but I am simply looking at this as “What’s in it for Biden? And for Schwab and friends?”

I think NWO wants civil unrest.

Interesting take. What is clear is that they will weaponize every possible thing in every possible way. They could argue thusly and they might if the dismantling of Roe v Wade stands. I don’t see any legitimacy to this argument however: the SCOTUS ruling would just be saying that the federal government doesn’t have the right to usurp a decision of abortion policy from the states. On the issue of a federal vax mandate, there is nothing in the constitution that gives the federal government the right to force medical treatments.

What startled me was that I had never really delved into the exact ruling. I knew the basic story of Roe v Wade and even know (personally) some of the players. But the aspect of the “my body my choice” is fascinating. We on this side of the mandates yell that same mantra “my body my choice” but their side says we pro lifers are hypocrites for yelling it. I see the conundrum but don’t agree with it. I don’t want us to argue here about the specifics of pro life vs pro choice. I’m talking legally, is my ND right? BTW he’s an ND, DC, MBBC (not sure I have the last correct it’s a british medical degree of some sort), a PhD and yes, he also finished his MD and internship shortly before covid. Never was licensed. All I’m saying is he’s a brain, not unintelligent. But is he legally right? Could they use this situation to LEGALLY enforce mandates?

I agree that the timing is highly suspect and I remember reading articles on this last year attempting to show a contradiction. The last link below argues against the contradiction although there are likely more comprehensive arguments to be made. We also have additional federal and state laws (example below) that would probably need to be addressed.

"In 2004, Congress enacted, and President Bush signed, the Unborn Victims of Violence Act, which recognizes the "child in utero" as a legal victim if he or she is injured or killed during the commission of any of the 68 existing federal crimes of violence.

In the U.S., most crimes of violence are covered by state law, not federal law. 38 states currently recognize the unborn child (the term usually used) or fetus as a homicide victim, and 29 of those states apply this principle throughout the period of pre-natal development."

In addition, there is no “other party” in considering medical informed consent. The draft opinion only considered its Constitutionality, and could find no pervasive right to privacy. The Fourth Amendment specifically confers the right to be “secure in our persons”, but goes on to list papers, etc. The Fourteenth due process clause, while invalid for the abortion “right” does enumerate the right to life and liberty for the individual. I am not an attorney. My thoughts only.

I read that some think it was to be a distraction form the recent Pfizer data dump. Could be for multiple reasons! Or try to drum up more support for Biden’s team since they are pro RvW and his numbers are falling fast.

It has also been noted that Biden Democrats are going into election season with historically low approval and Ukraine won't rally the base the way a good abortion rights campaign can. Ignore the fact that Dems promised to codify abortion rights and have a Bill in the Senate w 48 sponsors, House majority and POTUS who could enact law right now, if it weren't too good for a fear campaign. Lots of political upside.

Im not sure about that take. The baby is a separate body and that is the crux of the issue. So they ARE making room for the baby's right to live....

You are absolutely right, medically and ethically

We are going thru this chastisement because of 63 million butchered babies in USA alone.

Depopulation

But depopulation in and of itself is not the only reason. I think it’s the Control aspect. The “pinky and da brain” syndrome. Power and money. Corruption at its pinnacle. No one wanting to bend their knee to a God who could save them and give them all they need, His love and kindness. But no, they choose that only they will be in control.

It’s all evil no matter how you or I look at it so I’m not even sure why I’m bothering asking. It just shocked me when he said that.

It is still very important to oppose this and to bring it to light. I do hope that you are right but if what I have read about how corporations (the railway barrons) gained person hood that has spread globally it is clear that the constitution of the USA or other countries is not guaranteed protection. That false 'right' must be clawed back but it will be a long road. People have to be against the perpetrators of these attempts to subvert the constitution and not lie back and hope that the senate cannot be corrupted.

Search for Nixon's Ghost and James D'Angelo on Youtube to see how much damage even small legal changes can cause and how the elite are playing the long game and EVERY convention or agreement is ALWAYS playing into the hands of the already powerful.

There should be a public movement to REDUCE laws, for every new law two should be struck off until the people say that is enough.

Thank you for this. It is some reassurance at a time when it is hard not to be overwhelmed by waves of dark fears and anxiety. I remember a number of years ago, doing an exercise with my high school students, asking what two amendments from the Bill of Rights would they be willing to dispense with. The majority fairly enthusiastically said the second and tenth (this was in NYC). I encouraged them to consider reasons why they were both important, but the discussion was an effort. Now more than ever before I understand how profoundly important both of these are, and see once again how they--to the extent we can maintain their enforcement--are truly lifesaving.

Thanks so much for this moment of clarity it's so hard to navigate so many competing threats.

"What is dangerous, is the potential for localities (e.g., county boards of supervisors) and states to use the WHO agreement as a model for legislation abdicating local or state authority to health authorities such as the CDC and the WHO."

This is the part that is very worrisome especially since here in NYC our new Mayor just expanded mandates to include volunteers in city programs along with 1,200 more city employees fired in April 2022. One whiff of power these petty tyrants do their best Mussolini.

A reply from a friend: "The 10th Amendment is essentially a dead letter. The TSA has taken over the airports of every state and conduct unconstitutional searches of everyone. If you don't want to be patted down that you will be irradiated. This is the outrageous new normal everywhere.

Quoting the law does not enforce the law. If only it were that easy.

I haven't read any more of Huber's column than what was quoted above, but it seems to me that it serves the same function as all the QAnon 'The white hats are on the case' posts: stopping good people from taking action by misleading them into thinking that there is no need for them to make any sacrifices. It's always tempting to believe that, but it's rarely true."
