California’s Assault on the US Constitution
California Gov Gavin Newsom just signed into law the notorious AB 2098, which muzzles doctors from telling patients the truth about COVID and the vaccines.
Late yesterday, in the least viewed time of the weekly news cycle, CA Gov Newsom savaged the First Amendment.
California doctors now risk losing their medical license if they alert patients to the dangers of the COVID vaccines, under this tyrannical new law.
The COVID vaccines have been found to be the most dangerous and debilitating vaccines in recent US history. According to federal government collected data, on the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System VAERS, the recent COVID vaccines have exceeded the total of deaths and disabilities of all vaccines combined in the last 30 years of reporting by VAERS. That information is summarized in OpenVAERS.com.
Besides the 31,071 deaths correlated with the COVID vaccines, also note the 58,024 permanently disabled. In all, of the above data, there are hundreds of thousands of personal tragedies correlated with these vaccines.
Now with that in mind, let’s look at the California government’s response:
CALIFORNIA AB 2098:
SECTION 1.
The Legislature finds and declares all of the following:
(a) The global spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, or COVID-19, has claimed the lives of over 6,000,000 people worldwide, including nearly 90,000 Californians.
(b) Data from the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shows that unvaccinated individuals are at a risk of dying from COVID-19 that is 11 times greater than those who are fully vaccinated.
(c) The safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines have been confirmed through evaluation by the federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the vaccines continue to undergo intensive safety monitoring by the CDC.
(d) The spread of misinformation and disinformation about COVID-19 vaccines has weakened public confidence and placed lives at serious risk.
(e) Major news outlets have reported that some of the most dangerous propagators of inaccurate information regarding the COVID-19 vaccines are licensed health care professionals.
(f) The Federation of State Medical Boards has released a statement warning that physicians who engage in the dissemination of COVID-19 vaccine misinformation or disinformation risk losing their medical license, and that physicians have a duty to provide their patients with accurate, science-based information.
Californians, welcome to 1930’s-1940’s Germany. Notice the reference in the last paragraph to the “Federation of State Medical Boards,” which may sound official, but is a private organization that is shoving its opinions onto medical boards in all 50 states. California is America’s most populous state and, if it were a nation, it has been estimated as the world’s 5th largest economy.
This blatant violation of the First Amendment must be prosecuted vigorously and immediately in courts of law by California doctors and patients. Patients will suffer for being forced to hear the cabal’s lies about COVID and the poisonous COVID vaccines. In the most thoroughly researched book that I’ve seen to date on this topic, I cited over 300 peer-reviewed medical studies and government webpages showing that the COVID vaccines are Neither Safe Nor Effective. (Which is the title of my book.) I guess it’s good for me I don’t practice in California!
This new law will lead to worse medical outcomes for California patients, and they should sue the CA government on that basis. Doctors will be forced to violate First Do No Harm if they pretend that the COVID vaccines are safe, and health care professionals should sue Gov Newsom on that basis.
Also, remember Marbury v Madison, 5 US 137: Any law that is repugnant to the Constitution is null and void.
Which should make the oncoming lawsuits a lot easier to prevail.

The new law is in direct violation of “informed consent” laws.
AB2098 signed by California Governor, in essence, states doctors cannot disclose the harm of vaccines, because if they do, they will lose their medical licenses.
On the hand, Informed Consent laws state doctors and medical providers MUST disclose the potential harms of drugs and vaccines they prescribe patients.
The new law is in direct opposition of the established and necessary patients rights’ law of Informed Consent.
This is absolute annihilation of the 1st Amendment Right to FREE SPEECH. The pharmaceutical manufacturers with their lobbying power are destroying the American Constitution.
The government can NOT make laws that infringe upon people’s rights to speak, including doctors’ right to speak!
Doctors “risk losing their medical license, and ... have a duty to provide their patients with accurate, science-based information.”
Who's science? Or, perhaps what science?
The science we've all been following in this reality clearly contradicts the grandized and worshipped falsehoods.
Will the doctors in California and the US finally wake up and mobilize out of their fear-state as now they themselves are more directly under attack? Perhaps they could learn some things from those brave enough who have already been holding the line maintaining personal and professional integrity.
I'm waiting for someone to do a parody of Don McLean's American Pie...The Day the Science Died followed up with some song title I can't come up with at the moment where scientific truth is resurrected.
