I know the process for the US Court system, bit not the ICC. Do they grant certiorari and place it on the docket, or can they decide not to hear the case? I read at least half of the complaint, all of which I agree with, but need to know if this is going anywhere.

It is opaque. I wonder if any other cases are on the docket, or if they are only "being considered". I have not heard any happy hollering from the parties involved.

The cases I saw were “being considered.” I didn’t see an actual docket. Have to keep my ear to the ground on this one.
