Nonetheless, the conviction was an important victory in the effort to bring justice to this world. We desperately need to have more such victories, and can if we push hard enough.
I know the process for the US Court system, bit not the ICC. Do they grant certiorari and place it on the docket, or can they decide not to hear the case? I read at least half of the complaint, all of which I agree with, but need to know if this is going anywhere.
