What if the next time someone tries to bully or shame you into a medical treatment against your will, you say, "You realize that kind of behavior is now being prosecuted in international criminal court." ?

Peter McCullough MD was right when he told Joe Rogan that COVID is basically a game of chicken. This criminal prosecution pushes back against the assholes in a stronger way than before, enough to make the large and small ones more hesitant. Look at Biden's recent retreat. I think he would rather not be a defendant in this (or this type of) case, and now abdicates responsibility for COVID response to the states.

It's a start. Let's keep the pressure on for the rest of our lives if need be. These monsters absolutely *must* be brought to justice in our lifetime if there's ever to be a chance of some kind of future for the next generation. What we do (and more importantly *what we say NO to*) in the next few years will determine what kind of world we pass on. And, so far, it's not looking pretty. A world where a few diabolical masters own our bodies and hold our own body's hostage for the "privilege" of getting paid, eating, working and traveling is more dystopian than one can even imagine. But it's happening. Heaven help us... *if* we are willing to help ourselves. Say NO now... to everything surrounding this agenda.

I think we have to have a little more charity for the “evil” trial lawyers and personal injury attorneys. They may be a great “force for good” in this battle. 🤞

Dear Dr. Colleen,

I just found your blog and am in both awe and deep appreciation. It feels like nowadays I (and, I’m assuming the average person) am almost drowning in a sea of information slanted this way or that, and to make any progress in a conversation becomes a feat of one-upping your fellow human with things “you’ve heard”. It feels necessary to cite ‘things I’ve heard’ to give opinions clout and yet somewhat hollow and futile at the same time…like we’re all so tired of it all, and yet expect it now as a protocol norm.

You are like the typist in the court-room, recording everything. I have never seen such a thorough cross-referencer and presenter of information. And through the abundance of unbiased information you provide, the oft-obfuscated truth becomes clear. Thank you for making so much information so accessible and easy to reference. What you are giving us here should be helpful in talking to all but the most cognitively dissonant. For those for whom ‘the science is settled’, I have no arguments, only love and patient smiles.

Maybe this will help some, as their decisions are based upon image/politics.

This post makes me happy. I remember a Spanish judge issuing warrants for crimes against humanity for South American dictator 10? years ago.

These bastards have made a lot of enemies.

How many places can they no longer go because of unhinged hatred of them?

And it will only shrink

They should charge one count for each of the several million fatalities that would have been prevented with competent therapy.

Rios Montt was convicted for genocide and crimes against humanity in Guatemala, on May 10 2013. The conviction was overturned 10 days later. Nonetheless, the conviction was an important victory in the effort to bring justice to this world. We desperately need to have more such victories, and can if we push hard enough.

Thanks Colleen

I believe this Hannah Rose filing is from December 6th and must be the same one I read about I the Desert Review

The article in DR is an exhaustive overview of where we are so far and much of how we got here, most of which won't be news to your readers?

It is well worth having to give them your email to read, they haven't sent me anything since I read it...

I know the process for the US Court system, bit not the ICC. Do they grant certiorari and place it on the docket, or can they decide not to hear the case? I read at least half of the complaint, all of which I agree with, but need to know if this is going anywhere.

Unfortunately, the US is not a party to the ICC, so I'm not sure how that affects the ability to sue someone like Fauci. (Not that I wouldn't love to see him spend his remaining years locked in solitary confinement in a cold, concrete room and have *him* die alone, "Facetiming" loved ones as he breathes his last. That seems a fitting end for that little monstrous gnome.) But thank you for the information.

I wish it would make a difference, but I don't really have faith in any court system, let alone the international criminal court which no country will abide by.

As an update in France, some shenanigans were perpetrated by the media and a criminal complaint is being filed. Here is the story as I have translated from FranceSoir.fr

Francis Palombi interviewed at the hospital: imbroglio or real comedy? The associations BonSens.org and the International Association for Independent and Benevolent Scientific Medicine (AIMSIB), who are once again joining forces to file a complaint with the Conseil Supérieur de l'Audivisuel (CSA) against Mr. Palombi, but also against Bruce Toussaint and Apolline de Malherbe, journalists at BFM TV, and Bénédicte Le Chatelier, journalist at LCI, want to know for sure.

During the programs "BFM Direct" on BFM TV on December 17, "Anti-complot, l'émission" on LCI on the same day, and "Apolline Matin" on RMC on December 20, the cameras were all focused on a certain Francis Palombi, presented as a Covid patient admitted to the intensive care unit. The patient informed the viewers that he had just escaped death because he was not vaccinated, before urging the population to be injected by hammering: "Vaccinate yourself, vaccinate yourself, vaccinate yourself!

Except that there is a snag: the man in question turns out to be the president of the Confederation of French Traders, who had already been calling for vaccination in the media since July. In addition, Francis Palombi had also presented himself in the 2017 legislative elections under the banner LREM, as "The candidate of Emmanuel Macron".

Finally, the one who boasted in 2020 to exchange text messages with Emmanuel Macron recognized on Twitter on December 18, the day after his interviews on BFM and LCI, to have been... "bad comedian".

Immediately accused of having played the role of a false patient with regard to this set of elements, he defended himself two days later to Le Monde, ensuring that his Twitter message was misinterpreted and was, in fact, referring to his positions in July. Catching up in a hurry?

The associations BonSens.org and AIMSIB consider that the defendants had the intention to undermine the freedom of others, public order and human dignity by holding or relaying misleading, manipulative and deceptive statements, since they promote experimental biological drugs dangerous to public health and discrimination against all people refusing to submit to the vaccine injunctions. These statements, they argue, will likely lead thousands of people to resort to taking an experimental medical treatment without clear, fair and appropriate information about the risks to their health.

As the pharmacovigilance information is public, the associations argue that it could not escape the vigilance of journalists because of the very nature of their profession, nor of Mr. Palombi, who is sufficiently close to the authorities in place to be so informed.

As the duty of the general public media is to transmit fair and transparent information respecting high ethical and quality standards, in accordance with the Munich Charter, they conclude that the named journalists knowingly disseminate, by means of fraudulent techniques, propaganda that falls under the law, since it constitutes an abuse of weakness and ignorance committed against French people.
